Individual Coaching
My coaching sessions are all about meeting you right where you are — with kindness, curiosity, and zero judgment. We’ll slow things down, take a breath, and explore what you really want, what’s getting in the way, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Each session is personal and tailored to you — whether we’re sitting together in person or connecting over Zoom from the comfort of your home.
Kids Coaching
With over 25 years of teaching experience, I understand how children learn and grow. I believe every child is born perfect, whole, complete, creative, resourceful, and knowing — and my role is to support them in staying connected to that truth.
Through my training with the ICF-accredited Kids Coaching Connection, I offer gentle, strengths-based coaching that helps children build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. In a warm and supportive space, they’re encouraged to explore their feelings, express themselves, and trust in who they are as they move through life’s challenges.
